"Kudos to Elliot!!! I wish to Thank Elliot for his demonstrating his Expertise and going the Extra Mile. I was not present, but my assistant was with Elliot. After repairing the issue with our slow flushing toilet, Elliot shared that warm water was being flushed through the toilet he repaired. He shared, from his experiences, that there may be a soap mixing machine tied into the plumbing somewhere. With only having one soap dispenser, we were readily able to find the problem. To our surprise, we were unable to close the hot water valve, on the faucet the soap dispenser was hooked up too. The handles rotation was obstructed. There was a “Y” hose connector at the end of the faucet, allowing for the water to be shut off at that point. This had been this way at least for 5 years. We replaced the handle to a smaller one, allowing us to close the hot water. The warm toilet flush water issue was resolved. Most important, was, with Elliot directing us to the soap dispenser, we saw that the water hose from the faucet to the soap dispenser was close to bursting open. With the hot water valve always on, there was always pressure on the hose. I can’t imagine the tons of water that would of totally covered the 1st floor of our building, huge damage. As we know, the hose would of burst on the evening or weekend hours. Yikes! We are Very Grateful for Elliot for his Professionalism, Expertise and Willingness to Go the Extra Mile!!! We Salute Elliot!!! Thank You All!!!"

"Yesterday the property I manage Valencia Trace had lighting hit the asphalt and bust the water main lines underneath need less to say our residents did not have any water.
